1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using NCPIA ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

ALL content within this App — including but not limited to AI-generated analysis, Quant signals, sentiment data, community posts, news summaries, price data, historical data snapshots, and any other information — is provided strictly for INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Nothing in this App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. The App does not recommend buying or selling any security, commodity, currency, or derivative instrument.

You acknowledge that trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions you make.

3. SEBI COMPLIANCE NOTICE

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time without notice.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

By posting content on the App, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Distribute unsolicited promotional content or spam

• Post content that constitutes a financial promotion, investment recommendation, or tip without appropriate SEBI authorization

• Share false or misleading market information with intent to manipulate prices or markets

• Provide specific buy, sell, or hold recommendations on securities or derivatives

• Claim to be a SEBI-registered advisor or analyst if you are not

• Violate any applicable law or regulation including SEBI regulations

We reserve the right to remove any content and permanently ban any user who violates these guidelines without prior notice. We may also report content that appears to constitute unauthorized investment advice to relevant authorities.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of NCPIA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

We collect the following data to operate the App:

• Account information (username, email address)

• Voting and sentiment data (aggregated anonymously for market sentiment calculations)

• Usage analytics (app interactions, screen views) via Firebase Analytics

• Device identifiers for advertising purposes (subject to your consent via our consent dialog)

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. For users in the EU/EEA/UK, we obtain consent before serving personalized ads in compliance with GDPR and the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. THIRD-PARTY MARKET DATA

Price data, news, and market information are sourced from third-party providers. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Always verify critical price levels with your licensed broker or exchange before executing any trade. NCPIA shall not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on data that may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.

10. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The Quant AI analysis, signals, and insights provided are generated by automated algorithms and machine learning models processing historical market data. These outputs:

• Represent historical data snapshots and pattern recognition only

• May contain errors or inaccuracies

• Are not reviewed by licensed financial professionals or SEBI-registered analysts

• Should not be the sole basis of any trading or investment decision

• May not account for your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives

• Are not research reports under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014

• Do not constitute investment advice under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013

Past signals or patterns identified by the AI do not guarantee future market movements.

11. NEWS & SENTIMENT DATA DISCLAIMER

News summaries, sentiment scores, and market context information within the App are generated from publicly available information for informational purposes only. Sentiment scores reflect aggregated data analysis and do not represent a prediction of future market direction. The App's sentiment indicators are not market recommendations.

12. ADVERTISEMENTS

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and its partners. We do not endorse any products or services advertised within the App. Advertiser content is entirely independent of our editorial and AI content.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NCPIA AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN PARTICULAR, NCPIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED SIGNALS, MARKET SENTIMENT DATA, NEWS SUMMARIES, COMMUNITY POSTS, OR ANY OTHER CONTENT WITHIN THE APP.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCPIA, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any investment or trading decisions you make based on content within the App.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notification.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
